My new rear axis broke 🙁
www.ebikes.ca has a new firmware (CA2.4) for there Cycle Analyst.
I’ve downloaded it and are testing it’s new features.
Finally got a new rear axis and some new bearings from Alan in Denmark.
The rear axis must be replaced because the left wheel bearings has damage it.
Finally I got the time to do the upgrade from 12S to 15S.
Finally I got it working as planed.
I had to connect the voltage supply direct to 12V instead of running in on 5V from the CA. The logger saves files on a Micro SD card for future analysis.
This is how the files looks like.

Last weeks I’ve been working on a logging device from the serial port on the CA.
I’m using a logger from https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9530
It can be set to create a new file everytime you start the CA or write in the same file all the time.
